Anxiety Therapy for Women in Washington

With a warm and collaborative approach

Hi, I’m Camille. I work with women who feel stuck in their heads and overwhelmed by anxiety- constantly overthinking, second-guessing, and trying to keep it all together even when it feels like too much. Maybe your body’s feeling it too- tight chest, racing heart, constant tension that won’t let up. If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. We’ll take things one step at a time, and I’ll meet you right where you are.

Who I Help

My Therapy Style

My style is laid-back, supportive, and genuine. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and judgment-free space, not something you have to show up to with everything figured out. Whether we’re meeting online or walking side-by-side outdoors, I’ll bring a calming vibe and practical tools to help you feel more like yourself again.

How I support your healing:

  • EMDR to help gently untangle the deeper roots of anxiety

  • Mindfulness to bring you back to the present (instead of stuck in your head)

  • Walk-and-talk therapy for fresh air, movement, and perspective

  • Somatic + relational work to feel more grounded and connected in your body and in your relationships

Why I Do This Work

I’ve struggled with anxiety too, and I know how hard it is to carry that weight, especially when it shows up in both your mind and body. What helped me most was having a safe space to talk things through, learning how to calm my nervous system, and spending time in nature to feel more grounded. That’s why I do this work: to offer a warm, supportive space where you can breathe, feel seen, and reconnect with the version of you that feels calm and whole.

A Bit About Me

Outside of therapy, you can usually find me exploring trails, getting creative in the kitchen, or tending to veggies and flowers in the garden! In the rainy months, nothing beats reading a good fiction book and drinking a cup of coffee or tea with my pup, Kava, by my side. I’m based in Washington and offer both online therapy statewide and walk-and-talk sessions in Bellingham, WA for those who feel more at ease outside. Just like in therapy, I find that time in nature reminds me to slow down and reconnect to what matters most
